ACCREDITATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
27th IHF WOMEN’S HANDBALL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
1. PERSONAL
The accreditation is strictly personal and may not involve fraud. Errors in personal data are the holder’s own responsibility. Every individual is provided with only 1 accreditation. Accreditation is personal and not transferable (only if agreed in advance), nor can they be duplicated.
2. MISUSE OF ACCREDITATION
Every person that has received accreditation is responsible for acting properly with his or her accreditation at all times. This means that you cannot enter zones if you do not have the permission to enter these zones. Accreditations may not be copied or be (re)sold. All brands and logo’s that are visible on the accreditation can’t be reproduced and are possession of the 27th IHF Women’s Handball World Championship organization.
Accreditations need to be intact and not damaged; a damaged accreditation can be rendered invalid.
The 27th IHF Women’s Handball World Championship organization has the right to withdraw accreditation and associated access as a result of not abiding to these conditions or any other form of misconduct or unwanted behaviour. Legal claims in connection to the accreditation is not possible in any shape or form.
3. LIABILITY
Entering the site and event is entirely at your own risk. By entering the venue(s) and surrounding areas you automatically accept that the 27th IHF Women’s Handball World Championship organization, officials, staff, volunteers and any other involved stakeholders are not liable for damage or injury to goods or persons. Any holder of an accreditation also accepts the general regulations to enter venue(s).
4. GUARANTEE
To receive your accreditation, you must accept these conditions. The accreditation will be delivered at the event after the conditions have been accepted during the application process.
5. VISIBILITY
Everyone that carries an accreditation is obliged to wear it at all times in a way that it is always visible, with the correct side up front. The accreditation solely gives access to the zones that the person has access to, displayed on the accreditation. At the control points it is mandatory to show your accreditation. Holders of an accreditation need to follow the instruction of access staff at all times.
6. VALIDITY
The accreditation is valid from Wednesday 26th of November until Sunday 14th of December 2025. It might be possible that different rules apply to certain types of accreditations. These groups will be informed separately. On the dates the accreditation is not valid, the holder will not have access to any of the protected zones and accompanying services.
7. OFF-DUTY
Accreditations cannot be used to enter any of the protected zones when not on duty, unless the holder has a valid reason to be there. Accreditations do give access to one or more venue(s) and general access areas while not on duty on the dates for which the accreditation is valid. An accreditation never allows for a place in the hospitality lounges and grandstand seats.
8. INTEGRITY
Maintaining good integrity is high valued at the 27th IHF Women’s Handball World Championship. Gambling, Doping or other violations of integrity will always result in a removing of the premises and possible reasonable prosecution.
9. PLUS ONE
Accreditations will never give anyone the right to introduce any person into the protected zones or general access areas unless specifically specified on the accreditation.
10. PROMOTION / COMMERCE
Accreditations cannot be used for any promotional activity and / or other commercial use.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA
Accreditations cannot be featured specifically on any social media accounts (unless part of a bigger picture).
12. LOSS OF ACCREDITATION
In case the accreditation holder loses their personal accreditation, €50 will be charged which needs to be paid on site. There is no option to pay afterwards
